I have been slaving away in the kitchen since March and I am not talking about cooking! But since we are on the subject of kitchen, Corner TV Stands has kindly decided to reward one of my readers with this adorable 3.5 Quart, Green, Cast Iron Casserole Dish from Rachel Ray (don't you just LOVE her cute things?? I want them ALL!!) from one of their sister sites Cookware.com. Think how cute this will look in your kitchen. It would go perfect with my new white kitchen :)

    I borrowed my SILs a couple of months ago to make beef bourguignon (like everyone else that had to try it after watching Julie and Julia) and it was SO GOOD! I think if I won I would have to celebrate by making it again!

  19. I would make a stew in there! Probably pheasant stew we shot a bunch awhile back and I was told the best way to cook it is in a cast iron pot.

    Other than baked pasta, I'd love to do my mom's pot roast in this. She usually does it in a slow cooker, but now that I'm a stay-at-home-mom, I'd love to try it in the oven and only dirty one dish to brown it on the stove-top before popping it in the oven to roast all afternoon!
